David Guetta Announced To Perform At MTV Music Week and The 2017 EMAs

David Guetta has been confirmed to perform at MTV’s Music Week this Saturday alongside collaborators Charli XCX and French Montana.

The French DJ has been added to the line-up for the free concert for 7,00 fans at London’s Trafalgar Square this Saturday ahead of the MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) on Sunday night.

This announcement follows the release of his latest track ‘Dirty Sexy Money’ last Friday. The track is a fresh new sound to Guetta’s music, which has brought him to global fame.

Speaking ahead of the show, David said: “I’m super excited to perform at Trafalgar Square and the MTV EMAs the day after.

“It will be the first time for me, and artists Charli XCX and French Montana will share the stage to perform our new single ‘Dirty Sexy Money’, so I can’t wait!”

Those lucky enough to grab tickets will be treated to an hour-long show from the Grammy award-winning producer who will be closing MTV’s Music Week alongside U2.

Following MTV’s Music Week is the EMA’s – The Europe Music Awards. Categories include Best Song, Best Video, Best Artist, Best New Act, Best Electronic and a whole load more.

Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Major Lazer, Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers are all battling it out for this years ‘Best Electronic’ category. And nominated for ‘Best World Stage’ is Steve Aoki (Live from Isle of MTV Malta 2016, Tomorrowland 2017) and The Chainsmokers (Live from Isle of MTV Malta 2017). For those who can’t attend Guetta’s performance this weekend, you can catch the even internationally on MTV World Stage later this year. And the EMA’s will be broadcast LIVE on Sunday across the MTV Network.
